Holidays in the Hotel Edelweiss in Maranza also include good food! Homemade pasta and ravioli, genuine Val Pusteria potatoes, locally sourced meat, milk products from cows grazing in local pastures, teas from the Viropa tea producer in Bressanone: Our chef de cuisine Kosmas Klammer with him team creates a convincing blend of light Italian cuisine, good honest tasty Tyrolean dishes and international delicacies. How to reach our 4-star hotel in Maranza by car
Exit the Brenner A22 motorway in Bressanone / Val Pusteria and follow the state road of the Val Pusteria for about 4 km. Before the tunnel, turn right to Rio Pusteria. After the petrol station, turn left towards Maranza. In Maranza, immediately take the first road on the right and follow the signs for our 4-star hotel in Val Pusteria.
